How WhatDrone researches and updates its routes.

We publish practical starting points, not hidden scoring systems or unqualified “best” claims. A useful route tells you what it is based on, what it does not decide, and when it needs reading again.

Source-reviewed, unless we say otherwise.

Drone and accessory records are checked against the named manufacturer or official source and the exact Amazon product route. They are not presented as hands-on reviews unless first-party testing is documented on the page.

CLAIM LIMIT

Products do not decide flights.

We do not claim a price, rating, availability, performance outcome, legal classification, location suitability or flight permission. CAA guidance is linked where the aircraft, operation or place changes the next step.

COMMERCIAL MODEL

Clear, local purchase choices.

Freshness rules

Records leave the public indexes when they are no longer current.

  • Weekly: source-reviewed drone, accessory and Amazon-link records.
  • Monthly: CAA and regulatory material.
  • Quarterly: evergreen ownership, care and creative guides.
